Can't opt out. I was okay with sharing details about my nonprofit, but right now I'm in Mexico and don’t have an American phone number. I’m not keen on receiving a call if you can just send me the info via email, but there’s no option to close the box. You HAVE to keep going.

"Unhelpful suggestions for what I needed"
I contacted them to assist me in locating a CRM for marketing and mentioned the specific options I was looking at. I expected to get a comparison of my preferred choices, along with a few other suggestions. What I got instead was a list of three that completely missed the mark, and now I'm stuck dealing with salespeople from companies I'm not interested in at all since their offerings lack the essential features I need.
